I. JOB DESCRIPTION

Recruitment:

  • Receive recruitment requests from departments, clarify job descriptions, identify insights for each position, and find suitable candidate profiles.
  • Implement recruitment activities: posting job openings, searching and sourcing candidates for Marketing positions, programmers, etc.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping for difficult or specialized jobs.
  • Receive, classify, and screen candidate resumes, and exchange with department heads to select suitable candidates according to recruitment criteria.
  • Contact and advise candidates, organize technical, competency, cultural interviews, and testing rounds as required.
  • Update candidate data in the storage system.
  • Coordinate with related departments to ensure the efficient and procedural recruitment and integration process.
  • Research and contribute ideas, collaborate with departments to implement candidate sourcing projects, and build recruitment brand.

Recruitment Brand Development:

  • Build and develop the recruitment brand through recruitment channels: recruitment website, recruitment Fanpage, Zalo, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Organize events in collaboration with domestic universities.
  • Support other tasks of the Human Resources department.

II. RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting for IT and Marketing positions.
  • Understanding and proficient use of recruitment channels, especially social networks in recruitment activities: Facebook, Linkedin, GitHub, etc.
  • Graduated from universities with majors in Human Resources Management or related fields.

Skills:

  • Dynamic, good communication, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Good logical thinking; strong skills in data synthesis, analysis, and evaluation; ability to perceive and handle problems well.
  • Self-learning and self-development spirit; careful, responsible, and serious about work.

Qualities:

  • Ability to work independently, manage work efficiently, carefully, meticulously, and persistently.
  • Ability to work under high intensity and withstand high work pressure.
  • Creative, sharp, quick to catch trends.
  • User-centered thinking. Able to put oneself in the customer’s shoes, and value customer experience.
  • Positive and proactive thinking; helpful spirit, drive team development together.
