Leader Java Backend

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Take responsibility for technical issues, product quality, and performance of Backend projects.
• Participate in all stages of product development alongside experienced experts.
• Provide support and troubleshoot technical issues when incidents occur during the project.
• Perform maintenance and upgrade the Backend system as required by the Project Manager.
• Conduct training and mentoring for junior members when requested.
• Engage in research and customization of new technologies as per project requirements.
• Technology environment: Java, Python, PHP, Jersey, Lucene, MySQL, HAProxy, Shell-script.
• Conduct regular employee performance evaluations, and support recruitment activities.

II. RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working on Backend programming projects using Java.
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience.
• Experience in handling large-scale load-bearing systems.
• Solid knowledge of software technology (from requirement definition, software design, deployment & testing).
• Understanding/experience in the development process: CMMI or practical Agile development is an advantage.

Skills

• Ability to design and present reports, good communication skills, personal time management, and task organization scientifically.
• Ability to delegate tasks, manage work, and control the code quality of the development team is an advantage.
• Careful attention to detail is an important requirement.
• Ability to work under high pressure, work in teams, be open-minded, be committed for the long term, and be dynamic.
• Ability to learn and willingness to research new technologies.
