I. JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for product strategy and development, ensuring that the product meets the needs of millions of users in the global market.

Product strategy:

Identify and develop product strategy, including decisions on features, user experience, and development direction to optimize user attraction and retention.
Capture market trends and propose improvements and changes to enhance the product based on user feedback and analysis data.

Product analysis and development:

Develop product development plans and prioritize specific tasks for sprints/phases.
Work closely with development departments, including technical, UI/UX, and project management to ensure product development progresses according to deadlines and quality standards.

Performance analysis and measurement:

Use data and analytical tools to measure product performance, then propose and implement improvements to optimize user experience and business performance.
Generate regular reports on product performance and provide in-depth analysis of key metrics.

Requirement management and communication:

Act as a liaison between departments and related partners, ensuring that all requirements and proposals are clearly understood and efficiently implemented.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and other departments to ensure understanding and alignment on product strategy.

Knowledge:

With over 3 years of experience in equivalent positions, especially in product research and user research.
Experience in deploying and growing applications on CH Play, Apple Store.
Have product thinking and user experience.
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
Project management skills and good communication.
Experience in using data analysis tools and evaluating product performance.
Passionate about technology and solid knowledge of the global mobile app market.

Skills:

Practical experience in building and managing product roadmaps.
Ability to identify and prioritize essential features to optimize product value for users.
Planning, project management skills, and shaping Agile/Scrum processes.
Ability to use user feedback data and analysis to understand user behavior and product performance.
Good communication and teamwork skills. Willing to experiment and apply new methods to enhance user experience and product performance.
Ability to coordinate work between departments to ensure the development process.
