I. JOB DESCRIPTION

 Data work

• Research data, app usage experience, and seek insights from data to enhance dashboards for app development teams.
• Display visual indicators on Dashboards to ensure teams have a clear view of product performance.
• Regularly report performance indices of systems.
• Build product development and marketing strategies to ensure product business performance.

Regular analysis:

• Regularly analyze deep into indices related to users, competitors, and markets, helping PMs make decisions based on real data.

Strategy proposal:

• Propose new events and dashboards to enhance user experience, helping the product grow strong and adapt to the increasingly diverse market demands.

II. RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge:

•  Extensive knowledge of SQL, My SQL database management systems, and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Splunk, Alteryx, Qlik, Domo, Dundas BI, or similar tools.
• Ability to learn and research using tools to research the market.
• Solid understanding of data sources, Data warehousing, and the ability to apply data to business decisions.
• Experience in BI for Digital products is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, especially in product research and user research.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or related fields.

• Strong analytical and report presentation skills.
• Good writing skills, turning data into understandable and persuasive messages.
• Agility in capturing market information and reflecting it into business strategies.
• Good data synthesis, analysis, and evaluation skills.
• Self-learning and self-development spirit; careful, responsible, and serious in work.
