I. JOB DESCRIPTION

Growth strategy:

  • Propose and implement growth strategies to increase the number of new users, optimize user acquisition, and enhance interaction with the application.

Data analysis:

  • Analyze user data to understand user behavior, create user journey maps, and suggest improvements for products and marketing strategies.

Marketing strategy:

  • Develop and execute creative marketing strategies on mobile platforms, including advertising on social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), email campaigns, and App Store Optimization (ASO).

Conversion optimization:

  • Enhance the conversion rate from potential users to actual users through conversion strategies and user experience enhancement.

Monitoring and evaluation:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize based on data.

II. RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of mobile app or mobile game product growth.
  • Understanding of mobile advertising platforms (such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) and how to optimize advertising strategies on these platforms to attract new users.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to leverage data to make strategic decisions.
  • Creativity, autonomy, and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Ability to develop diverse and effective Content Marketing strategies.

Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of mobile app or mobile game product growth.
  • Ability to establish and implement growth optimization strategies from various aspects such as viral marketing, viral loops, and user retention.
  • Ability to create creative and audience-appropriate content on mobile platforms, along with good communication skills.

Qualities:

  • Ability to work independently, efficiently manage tasks, and persevere.
  • Creativity, sharpness, quick trend identification. User-centric thinking.
  • Ability to put oneself in the customer’s shoes and prioritize customer experience.
  • Positive mindset, proactive attitude; willingness to help and drive team development together.
